We’re looking for an Outsourcing and Technology Operations Manager to join our trading operations. You’ll manage projects, collaborate with Technology and Product teams, and manage ongoing supplier relationships.

• Assisting with and collaborating in large change and transformation programmes, and working with the wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input
• Assessing new initiatives/new product launches that require relevant IT changes
• Building and optimizing scalable processes to continue Revolut’s hyper‑growth
• Managing activities related to outsourcing and third‑party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring
• Implementing the outsourcing and third‑party risk management policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management
• Controlling approvals that are processed through internal governance in relation to outsourcing changes and other vendor lifecycle deliveries
• Providing clear guidance for staff on third‑party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountability
• Ensuring regulatory compliance as it relates to PRA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements, including operational resiliency
• Preparing regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities, their risks, compliance, and performance metrics

• 3+ years of experience in a leading consultancy, financial services, or fintech company (or serving it as a leading technology or IT services provider)
• Knowledge of outsourcing and business resilience regulation and its application in retail financial services
• Awareness of developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements and on an ongoing basis
• A solid understanding of technology within a financial services organisation
• Familiarity with key products offered by Revolut Trading Limited (financial markets, equities, ETFs, trade flows, etc.)
• Experience in program and project management
• The ability to work with data (SQL, data visualization tools, etc.)
• An exceptional level of written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic presentation skills
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions
• Fluency in English

• A risk management qualification
• Executive and board‑level interaction experience
• Relevant financial services experience
