Senior Computer Vision Engineer IRC

We are looking for an experienced AI & Computer Vision Engineer to design, implement, and deploy advanced deep-learning solutions for real-world perception tasks. The ideal candidate combines strong ML and software-engineering foundations with hands‑on expertise in Deep Learning for Vision, MLOps, and emerging GenAI / multimodal technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML or CV systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python and the ML Stack (Num Py, Pandas, PyTorch / Tensor Flow).
• Strong understanding of probability, linear algebra, and optimization relevant to ML algorithms.
• Proven experience in fine‑tuning and optimizing vision models (YOLO, SSD, ViT, SAM).
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS Sage Maker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
• Hands‑on use of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of MLOps concepts and lifecycle automation.
• Solid software‑engineering background (Git, testing, CI/CD, code reviews).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Commercial experience in object detection, segmentation, and 3D vision projects.
• Exposure to synthetic data generation and simulation pipelines (Air Sim, UE, Blender).
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts, multimodal LLMs, and prompt‑based CV integration.
• Contributions to open‑source ML / CV projects or published research papers.

Job responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy Computer Vision models (detection, segmentation, tracking) using state‑of‑the‑art architectures (YOLO, ViT, SAM, CLIP).
• Architect and optimize inference pipelines.
• Build and maintain synthetic‑data pipelines to enhance training datasets.
• Collaborate with software, data, and Dev Ops teams to ensure scalable production integration.
• Apply MLOps best practices for experiment tracking, automation, and reproducibility.
• Support pre‑sales PoCs through technical guidance and feasibility evaluation.
• Explore large vision‑language model integration and prompt‑driven workflows.
