We are looking for an experienced System Admin / Dev Ops to extend existing activities in Billennium Managed Service for the KTM product, focusing on the Content Factory application. You will support the client’s content‑management operations, ensuring smooth migrations, automation, and system reliability. This role offers hands‑on work with modern IT tools, scripting, and cloud‑enabled content platforms in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Perform administrative tasks in IXIASOFT CCMS and Fluid Topics platforms, including configuration changes, issuing API keys, and managing user access.
• Handle incidents and access requests following established operational practices and collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution.
• Execute and maintain content‑migration scripts from source systems, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams on certificate renewals, SSO incidents, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Apply knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT to implement and update identity provider (IdP) configurations for digital channels.
• Develop, adapt, and maintain technical tools that support daily IT and business operations (e.g., scripts comparing file metadata pre/post migration).
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation, including configuration specifications and Confluence articles.
• Participate actively in team ceremonies consistent with Agile delivery practices.

• Experience with bash scripting and XSLT, especially for migration or transformation workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Power Shell, git, and CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems and collaborate with external vendors.
• Familiarity with CMS or content‑management workflows (Mad Cap/Ixiasoft experience is an advantage but not required).
• Experience with incident and access‑management processes (Service Now preferred).
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks and participate in team ceremonies.

• Linux and Windows server administration skills.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, and JWT, with hands‑on experience implementing or updating IdP configurations.
• Experience with enterprise SSO integrations or certificate management.
• Exposure to content‑delivery platforms such as Fluid Topics.
