We’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing Solution Engineering team in Poland.

You’ll work closely with Solution Engineers to configure, test, and deliver AI-powered workflows for clients in regulated industries. This role bridges business understanding and technical delivery — analysing requirements, validating workflow logic, testing outputs, and supporting client teams post-deployment.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every workflow built on Curvestone’s platform runs with accuracy, reliability, and measurable impact.

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to translate business requirements into workflow specifications.
• Support configuration and testing of workflows within the Curvestone AI platform.
• Perform QA and UAT testing on workflows — reviewing logic, prompts, data flows, and outputs.
• Log and track issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes.
• Maintain clear documentation of workflow configurations, test results, and client change requests.
• Assist Customer Success and Product teams in reproducing and triaging client issues.
• Help build and maintain internal libraries of test cases and reusable workflow templates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps or automation opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Technical Analyst within a SaaS or workflow automation environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to understand business logic and identify inconsistencies.
• High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to testing and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with distributed teams.
• Curious, self‑motivated, and comfortable working hands‑on with new AI technologies.

• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or no-code / low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and web applications.
• Familiarity with Azure and Azure functions.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or similar for data validation and test scripting.
• Previous exposure to regulated industries (legal, compliance, finance, insurance).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Postman, and Google Sheets/Excel.
