We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer with expertise in curriculum and course development for corporate e-learning. This role will help us create learning experiences for a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors, from FMCG to medical fields.

• Create strategic outlines, scripts, and storyboards, as well as develop learning objectives for structured courses.
• Own and present your work to clients on regular client calls.
• Collaborate with account teams and design teams to create e-learning that is consistent with client branding, tone of voice, and strategy.
• Implement feedback to ensure the final product meets stakeholder expectations.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to translate the desired ideas and outcome into what is possible within e-learning tools.
• Strong content creation and writing skills.
• Flexibility to adapt project needs based on client and internal team feedback.
• Excellent project management skills to work independently and prioritize multiple e-learning projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in instructional design or educational technology.
• Previous experience in a corporate training or educational setting.

• Understanding of and some experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
