Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner, delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are looking for a HCM Lead to join our team on a remote basis. Please note that this role requires 40% travel to Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM/HR processes on SAP HANA.
- Support modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Integrate SAP HCM with FI and other core SAP modules.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM/HR on SAP HANA.
- Strong understanding of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll processes.
- Experience integrating HCM with FI and other SAP modules.
- Work on cutting‑edge SAP HANA projects.
