About Role: We are seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data infrastructure that enables business users to derive insights from data. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create meaningful visualizations, reports, dashboards, and self‑service semantic models that support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data models, schemas, and transformation processes.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other data tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Implement best practices in data visualization principles to communicate complex data stories effectively.
• Maintain and optimize data infrastructure for reliability, accuracy, and usability.
• Document data models, workflows, and validation checklists.
• Support stakeholder communication and knowledge transfer.

• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Power Query.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Developer.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, data modeling, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools like Databricks, Py‑Spark, and ETL processes is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data and business analytics are desirable.
• Strong soft skills in stakeholder management, teamwork, and technical leadership.
