We are seeking an experienced R Package Developer with a strong background in professional software development to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the NEST suite of R packages
, which are critical for generating high‑quality Tables, Listings, and Graphs (TLGs) used in clinical study reporting and regulatory submissions. A solid understanding of clinical submissions and experience with CDISC data standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance R packages within the NEST framework.
  • Collaborate with statisticians and data scientists to implement TLG generation for clinical study reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and CDISC guidelines in data analysis and reporting.
  • Optimize existing analytics routines for efficiency, accuracy, and reproducibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high‑quality software standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing R packages and reporting workflows.
Project Primary Data Analysis, Aggregation, and Reporting
  • Work on analytics routines tailored for regulatory submissions and insight generation
    .
  • Support the creation of structured datasets, aggregated results, and visualizations for clinical reporting.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in R programming and R package development
    .
  • Solid understanding of clinical trial data and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
  • Experience with TLG generation for clinical study reporting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with regulatory submission processes
    .
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative software development.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of statistical methods used in clinical trials.
  • Experience with automated reporting tools and reproducible research workflows (e.g., R Markdown
    , Shiny
    , ggplot2
    ).
  • Exposure to software testing frameworks in R.
