IT Engineer II

Overview

Meltwater is seeking an IT Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and services. This role focuses on building and maintaining SaaS and infrastructure systems across cloud and on-premise platforms, leveraging a wide range of modern technologies to enable efficient business operations.

• Administer, optimize, and secure identity and access management systems.
• Manage cloud infrastructure services.
• Configure and maintain collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Administer and support email systems, ensuring high availability and security.
• Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions such as InTune and Jamf.
• Oversee networking infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity in our offices.
• Manage VOIP telephony and unified communications systems.
• Maintain PKI and certificate management.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and processes.
• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for protecting company assets.
• Own and drive IT projects and initiatives that enhance the scalability and efficiency of IT operations.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering, administration, or a related role.
• Proficiency in administering identity platforms such as Entra .
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and experience with Meraki devices.
• Experience with endpoint management tools like InTune and Jamf.
• Knowledge of enterprise email and security solutions (Google, Exchange Online, Mimecast).
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of IT security practices and certificate management (Digicert).
• Hands-on experience managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
