We're seeking a multidisciplinary Software Developer with hands‑on experience in architectural automation, computational design, and full‑stack development to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting‑edge tools and workflows that empower Virtual Design & Construction teams across global projects. From parameter management to generative design and API integration, this role will be at the center of transforming how buildings are designed, documented, and operated.

• Architect, prototype, and deploy custom BIM automation workflows, plugins, and web apps
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Sales, BIM, Product) to gather requirements and build intuitive technical solutions
• Integrate Autodesk APIs (APS, Revit API, BIM
  360, ACC) to enhance model data accessibility and coordination
• Lead version control (Git/Git Hub) practices, code reviews, and release processes
• Conduct unit and system testing; manage automation and quality assurance pipelines
• Build scalable dashboards and management tools to streamline user, project, and model data workflows
• Provide technical scoping, UI/UX feedback, and support for client‑facing software solutions
• Document processes and build tools to help the team scale reproducible solutions across hundreds of models and thousands of users

• Languages/Frameworks: C#, Python, JavaScript, Type Script, Node.js, Vue.js, Express.js
• APIs: Revit API, Autodesk Forge (APS), py Revit, Rhino Common, Grasshopper
• BIM Tools: Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Web & Design: Firebase, WPF, Vuetify, Unreal Engine, Adobe

• 6–10 years of professional software development experience
• Skilled in both backend logic and front‑end user workflows
• Experience developing for BIM environments, especially Revit and Forge APIs
• Strong product sense and ability to translate architectural workflows into scalable tools
• Comfortable owning complex, multi‑stage automation projects across distributed teams
• Excellent communicator and proactive partner to non‑technical stakeholders
• Must be a self‑starter and strong team player

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Master’s preferred)

• $150K - $175K
