Experience you’ll need to bring:

At least 1 year of experience leading an Analyst team;

At least 5 years of analytical expertise;

Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau is preferred);

Track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions across departments;

Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities;

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management;

Strong ownership and accountability mindset;

Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics;

At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.

Proactive ownership mindset and initiative in system improvements;

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities;

Strategic thinking with deep technical and operational understanding;

Flexibility, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
