Head of BI&Analytics

• Collaborate closely with C-level executives to align analytics initiatives with strategic priorities;
• Evaluate overall business performance and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement;
• Contribute to marketing budget allocation by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations;
• Drive the continuous development of the analytics function and the underlying analytical infrastructure;
• Oversee people management responsibilities, including talent development, performance evaluation, and team growth.

• At least 1 year of experience leading an Analyst team;
• At least 5 years of analytical expertise;
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau is preferred);
• Track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions across departments;
• Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management;
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset;
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Strategic thinking with deep technical and operational understanding;
• Flexibility, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
