Senior Technical Consultant

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with over 15 years of experience customizing Syte Line ERP, INFOR CSI, and integrating cloud technologies such as .NET and AWS. This role involves providing billable services to customers to support their Syte Line system, including coding when necessary. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in Syte Line or INFOR development and customization, with expertise in delivering technical solutions to meet business needs.

• Provide services to customers, including requirements gathering, business analysis, solution formulation, and project delivery.
• Develop, test, and debug customizations for the Syte Line system to meet specific customer requirements.
• Document specifications, estimate project timelines, and deliver results within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Participate in customer engagements, ensuring high-quality technical services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T‑SQL, , and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Strong background in manufacturing environments.
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, especially Syte Line.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong customer service orientation with self‑motivation to excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience customizing Syte Line ERP, INFOR CSI, or similar.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 25%, depending on business demands.
