- Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability and performance.
- Ensure design consistency aligned with brand standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues.
- Stay current with evolving Service Now platform features and UX trends.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Proven experience with Service Portal Framework on the Now Platform
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
