E-commerce Launch Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, experienced E-commerce Launch Specialist to set up, optimize, and manage our dropshipping business across Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and Facebook Shops. This person will lead everything from product research and supplier sourcing to store setup, marketing strategy, and daily operations
. You’ll work directly with the founders to build a profitable, scalable online business from the ground up.

Identify trending, high-demand products with solid margins.

Recommend pricing and markup strategies.

• Design and build a high-converting Shopify store.
• Integrate payment gateways, apps, and sales channels (Tik Tok Shop, Facebook Shops).
• Write engaging product descriptions, upload images, and manage collections.
• Create a marketing strategy for Tik Tok and Facebook Shops.
• Develop engaging short-form video content (or coordinate with content creators).
• Set up ad campaigns and organic growth strategies.

• Implement order fulfillment workflows with suppliers.
• Set up analytics dashboards to track sales, ROI, and customer behavior.
• Recommend tools and apps to automate operations.
• Provide weekly reports on store performance, ad campaigns, and new opportunities.
• Communicate with founders to align strategy and priorities.

• ✅ 2+ years of experience launching and managing Shopify stores (dropshipping or private label preferred).
• ✅ Strong knowledge of Tik Tok Shop and/or Facebook Shops.
• ✅ Experience with product research and supplier sourcing.
• ✅ Understanding of ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads) and organic marketing.
• ✅ Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• ✅ Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• ✅ Experience with creative content production (short videos, UGC).
• ✅ Knowledge of Shopify apps for upselling, reviews, and analytics.
• ✅ Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, or email marketing.
