Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to support and enhance our SAP ECC Finance & Controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ABAP development, hands‑on experience with SAP FI/CO and SD modules, and the ability to work closely with functional analysts and business stakeholders. Experience in HANA migration, workflow development, and SAP system integration is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants to design and implement ABAP enhancements based on business requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Participate in SPAU/SPDD activities for HANA migration.
- Support and improve key SAP ECC modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Purchasing, Controlling, and HR Mini Master.
- Design and debug SAP Workflows (especially in AP, GL, and Purchasing).
- Address priority incidents and provide timely solutions in a multi‑vendor support environment.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure performance tuning and follow SAP best practices in ABAP coding.
- Work on SAP upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects (e.g., SLT, Enhancement Packs).
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deliverables aligned with project timelines.
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- 4+ years experience working with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SD modules.
- Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, BDC, LSMW, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, User Exits, IDOCs, and Performance Tuning.
- Experience in integration technologies such as RFC, BAPI, SOAP/REST Web Services, Proxies, and OData services.
- Hands‑on experience in SPAU/SPDD activities related to HANA migration (1–2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP PI/PO, SAP Business Objects, and INFOSETS.
- Experience working with Fiori, ABAP on HANA, and SAP BTP.
- Understanding of JDBC/ODBC connections and API calls via SAP classes/methods.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
