TheJob:
As the Systems Analyst Manager, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Lead and unify cross-functional technical teams to design and implement global B2B, B2C, Service, and Marketing integrations and automation solutions.
- Leverage expertise in eCommerce development to deliver innovative, scalable solutions and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
- Foster collaboration among geographically diverse teams to drive organizational alignment and cohesive outcomes.
- Analyse and optimize business processes, translating complex needs into actionable IT requirements.
- Ensure IT solutions address user needs, deliver measurable value, and improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as technical lead, architecting enhancements and new applications aligned with business objectives and environmental constraints.
- Oversee project build activities, ensuring high-quality delivery, timely execution, and effective issue resolution.
- Manage documentation, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with stakeholders and external partners.

- English language on fluent level.
- Expertise in application & database development, SOA, cloud development (Azure / AWS), eCommerce platforms, CMS, PIM, DAM, CRMs, marketing automation, and AI development.
- Understanding of web & eCommerce application landscape and end-to-end eCommerce technology stack.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).
