Technical Support – Portuguese
Workplace:
Sofia/Bulgaria (remote from anywhere in Bulgaria)
Full‑time job contract, gross base salary of 3000 BGN.
As a Portuguese Technical Support Advisor you will work on simple or complex customer technical issues.
We are looking for- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and spoken – C1)
- Good command of English (B2)
- Gross base salary 3000 BGN (before taxes)
- +5 % after the third month of employment
- Fully paid training
- Excellent relocation package and relocation assistance
- Salary and monthly bonuses
- Multisport card
Accommodation: we will cover one flight ticket (or any other means of transport up to 300 EUR) and two weeks of hotel accommodation until the employee rents his/her own apartment.
We provide contact to rental agents who help find appropriate accommodation.
