Position OverviewWe are seeking an Associate Attorney admitted in NJ and NY to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must reside in New Jersey or nearby areas for occasional court appearances. You’ll work closely with clients, leverage AI tools, and provide high-quality legal support across a variety of matters.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and review contracts, compliance documents, policies, and legal memoranda.
- Provide legal support for physicians, medical practices, nonprofits, and business clients.
- Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, demand letters, and client correspondence.
- Handle matters in employment, education, environmental, and business law.
- Communicate directly with clients under an Outside Counsel Subscription Service (OCSS) model.
- Attend New Jersey court appearances as required.
- Contribute to process improvement and development of scalable legal playbooks.
- Active NJ and NY Bar admission (required).
- Residency in New Jersey or proximity for court obligations.
- Full-time availability preferred (structured part-time considered if primary focus).
- Excellent legal writing, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
