As Senior Operations Manager
, you will be pivotal in strategically guiding and ensuring the successful delivery of our RPO solution for our global FMCG client
. Your role will be to collaborate closely with the client to ensure that the service, team and process is set-up to deliver and meet client demand. You will be responsible for managing an established team of TA’s across 5 countries with a focus on fostering strong teamwork and through effective leadership and continuous knowledge sharing.

This is a fully remote role in Poland (for Poland-based candidates only). Expect to travel about once every quarter. We are hiring for immediate starts or for January/February 2026.

Here’s what you can look forward to in this challenging role:

• You will have the opportunity to fulfil requirements by offering innovative solutions, developing strong relationships and steering the client’s operational pathway.
• You will contribute to the development of our RPO program and lead / support jointly formed projects.
• Manage frequent review meetings with the client to review and discuss SLA management, service performance and overall satisfaction.
• Maintain an optimal team composition, balancing effective delivery and also profitably.
• Lead, guide and mentor the team to create a collaborative and knowledge sharing culture.

What do you need to excel in this role?

• Experience in RPO operational management across EU markets.
• Experience and knowledge of both blue and white collar hiring, preferably within a Production related environment.
• Experience working within an operational environment with a high degree of change.
• Passion for recruitment trends and data to maintain a proactive service and team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Sourcing and Talent Marketing strategies to amplify client’s presence and drive direct delivery.

Location and travel:

• Hybrid role with monthly/quarterly travel to client sites.
