Signify seeks a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Vari-lite & Color Kinetic brands in Central & Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities- Expand the network of lighting designers, specifiers, and influencers to showcase our products and influence their specifications on projects, tours, and shows.
- Build relationships with emerging designers, creating a community and support program.
- Collaborate with local KAMs on the architectural side to map relationships with key accounts and ensure we “close the loop” from designer specification to sale.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for entertainment sales.
- Manage user experience with creatives, feeding product teams with VOC input to enable differentiated product development and meet market needs.
- Business‑oriented mindset; flexible, self‑motivated, and professional.
- Broad technical skills across multiple disciplines within entertainment and architectural lighting.
- Experience in lighting design/application.
- Proficiency in production management and lighting control programming.
- Working experience in sales/business development, managing strategic customer accounts (ideal but not essential).
- Network and experience within architectural sales, entertainment rental companies, system integration companies, theatres, and venue management.
- Previous exposure across multiple entertainment/architectural lighting segments such as live production, concert touring, theatre, broadcast, cruise ship, landmark, arena, sports.
- Work in an international team in an innovative global company.
