As a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
, you'll take the lead on managing global, cross-functional projects, guiding diverse teams across time zones and technologies. Your strategic mindset and hands-on leadership will ensure that our client engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving complex end-to-end program deliveries across networking and security landscapes.
- Managing multiple streams with direct project manager reports, providing executive dashboards and reports.
- Coordinating teams across engineering, architecture, security, and operations.
- Developing migration and implementation plans with clear documentation.
- Acting as the central point of contact for the customer and third-party stakeholders.
- Proactively managing risks, issues, and change controls.
- Leading Security and Network Teams daily, ensuring progress according to the plan.
You're not just a project manager—you’re a strategic leader with a passion for excellence and a track record of delivering global programs in high-pressure environments.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 25+ years in IT
, with 15+ years of project/service management and 3+ years in program management
. - Holds a Bachelor’s degree and a formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2).
- Has led large transformation programs and technical teams across global time zones.
- Has deep understanding of testing strategies, change control, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicates confidently with C-level stakeholders—even in high-stress situations.
- Thinks fast, solves creatively, and adapts quickly to changing needs.
- Speaks and writes fluent English; fluency in one or more of Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
- Experience in global security deployment or managing UC, managed services, or mobility solutions.
- Background in service delivery for enterprise environments.
