The Vice President, Corporate Affairs is responsible for leading and owning Super Technologies' Corporate Affairs function at Group level globally, with full accountability for government affairs, corporate communications, reputation management, ESG, and CSR across all markets and business units.

The role exists to strengthen Super Technologies' public trust, institutional credibility, and societal license to operate in a highly regulated and politically sensitive industry. The VP Corporate Affairs sets the global direction, standards, and narrative for how the Group engages with governments, regulators, media, investors, and society, while managing political, reputational, and societal risks at enterprise level.

The role works closely with the Chief Global Affairs Officer and senior leadership to ensure alignment between Corporate Affairs strategy and the Group’s broader external and regulatory priorities.

The role operates with a global remit, independent of base location.

Key responsibilities
  • Define, own and execute Super'sGroup’s global Corporate Affairs strategy
  • Build, lead, and develop a Group-wide Corporate Affairs organization, including central and market-level teams
  • Act as senior advisor to executive leadership and the Board on reputational, political, and ESG-related risks
  • Establish and enforce Group-wide standards, frameworks, and governance for Corporate Affairs activities
  • Ensure consistent global positioning and messaging across all markets, with authority to intervene or escalate where required

Government & Public Affairs

  • Own Super’s global institutional and public policy positioning
  • Lead senior-level engagement with governments, policymakers, and supranational institutions
  • Set global advocacy priorities, escalation thresholds, and engagement strategy
  • Ensure alignment with Regulatory Affairs on policy substance, regulatory credibility, and market realities

Corporate Communications & Reputation

  • Own Super's global reputation strategy and corporate narrative
  • Oversee media relations, executive positioning, and thought leadership at Group level
  • Act as the final decision-maker on crisis communications and high-risk reputational issues

Sustainability, ESG & CSR

  • Define Super's Group ESG strategy and long-term sustainability roadmap
  • Ensure CSRD-aligned ESG reporting and credible, consistent investor-facing ESG positioning
  • Oversee CSR strategy, community engagement, and philanthropic partnerships across markets

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of senior experience in Corporate Affairs, External Affairs, Public Affairs, or Government Affairs
  • Strong preference for experience in regulated industries
  • Proven track record managing reputation, public policy, and government engagement under regulatory scrutiny
  • Demonstrated experience operating at Group, regional or global level
  • Experience operating at executive or board-adjacent level
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
