Revival American Contract Furniture is a growing U.S. upholstery manufacturer producing high-quality furniture for residential, hospitality, and commercial clients nationwide. Backed by an established, fast-growing parent company, we’re building a best-in-class manufacturing operation rooted in craftsmanship, efficiency, and innovation.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Factory Manager to lead all day-to-day operations within our upholstery plant. This person will be the heartbeat of the factory—overseeing production flow, workforce management, scheduling, inventory, and quality—while building systems that drive accountability and efficiency. The right candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily factory operations, including production, scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team across cutting, sewing, assembly, upholstery, and shipping departments.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as production output, efficiency, scrap rate, rework, on‑time delivery, and TACT time, ensuring operations are optimized for both productivity and profitability.
  • Implement and refine processes and systems to streamline operations, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall performance.
  • Partner closely with leadership to forecast demand, manage workflow, and allocate labor and resources accordingly.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery of products that meet company quality and design standards.
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships to negotiate best-in‑class pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for materials and supplies.
  • Enforce safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards throughout the plant.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in American‑made quality.
  • Collaborate with HR and management on hiring, training, and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing operations in a furniture or upholstery manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and lead teams.
  • Deep understanding of production flow, scheduling, and capacity management.
  • Proven experience implementing KPIs, TACT time measurement, process improvements, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in a hands‑on, high‑energy, growing environment.
  • Proficiency with production software or ERP systems (experience with Cruise Control, Net Suite, or similar a plus).
Why Join Us
  • Be part of a new chapter in American furniture manufacturing.
  • Opportunity to help build and shape the factory’s systems and culture from the ground up.
  • Competitive salary, performance incentives, and room for growth as we scale.
