Join us and achieve your highest purpose s position is in Cargill's poultry protein business, where we provide healthy, high‑quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

• Conducting production and technological tests to implement new or improve existing products and processes.
• Participating in the creation of product documentation (initial recipes, technological descriptions, labels, and markings).
• Creating reports, specifications, or data sheets containing detailed information about products and their applications within the organization.
• Monitoring product development, identifying innovations, and conducting market research.
• Providing product knowledge to support product evaluation.
• Preparing sensory evaluations (operating technological kitchen equipment).
• Handling basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, e.g., Food Technology, Biotechnology, Commodity Science, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Polish, allowing for fluent communication.

Prefered qualifications:

• Knowledge of food law regulations and verification of product compliance with legal requirements is desirable.
• Experience in an R&D position or in a production or food environment is desirable.
• Curiosity, openness to new challenges, and a willingness to track and learn about market trends.
• Interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

MINIMALNE KWALIFIKACJE

• Tytuł licencjata w dziedzinie pokrewnej np. Technologia Żywności, Biotechnologia, Towaroznawstwo lub równoważne doświadczenie.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalającego na swobodną komunikację.

PREFEROWANE KWALIFIKACJE

• Mile widziana znajomość regulacji prawa żywnościowego, weryfikacja zgodności produktu z wymaganiami prawnymi.
• Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku w dziale R&D lub w środowisku produkcyjnym, spożywczym.
• Ciekawość, otwartość na nowe wyzwania, chęć śledzenia oraz poznawania trendów rynkowych.
• Umiejętności interpersonalne, komunikacyjne i zarządzania projektami.
