Currently, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team!

Your Main Tasks Will Be
  • Drive user & revenue growth.
  • Manage a full‑cycle performance marketing team.
  • Increase market share by successfully launching new markets & further penetrating core markets.
  • Collaborate with a growth‑focused team across marketing, product, design, and engineering.
  • Create a strategy for successful user acquisition, performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Work cross‑functionally to deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Continuing commitment to marketing best practice and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, report on marketing programs and expenses.
  • Creating reporting dashboard with ROI, KPIs, and other metrics tied to specific marketing programs.
We Expect From You
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing (including Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc).
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis (incl. building fin models & forecasts).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Docs (Excel), BI systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Russian B2+).
  • Highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Creative problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Experience with retention channels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, departments, stakeholders and C‑Level.
  • Nice to have: experience with AI agents, trend watchers, AI optimisation of internal processes.
What Do We Offer
  • REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co‑working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1,000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co‑working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.)

    during those 3 years;
