Administrative and Marketing Assistant (LATAM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Marketing Assistant with 5–10 years of experience and a strong background in marketing, social media management, and visual content creation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage daily administrative tasks while also driving marketing initiatives, content creation, and digital brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and executive team to manage projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Drive marketing efforts including campaign planning, social media scheduling, and content publishing.
  • Run and maintain digital platforms, including Kajabi, Shopify, and Word Press, assisting with website updates and new offerings.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Manage an online school and in-person performance intensives, supporting marketing campaigns and event coordination.
  • Handle social media management for a brand with over 100k Instagram followers and 121k Facebook followers, including running ads, posting stories, and engaging with audiences.
  • Select and edit media content from events, ensuring high-quality branding across all platforms.
  • Utilize Canva and basic video editing tools to create compelling visual content.
  • Assist with building and streamlining internal systems for better efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5-10 years of experience as an administrative assistant, marketing, and digital content management.
  • Strong background in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency in Kajabi, Shopify, Word Press, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Ability to edit video and images using Canva and other mobile-friendly tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • An eye for visuals, ensuring content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • Background in performance arts, coaching, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Experience managing a growing online brand or influencer-level social media presence.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital sales funnels.
