We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to optimize paid acquisition, referral programs, and retention marketing. This role will focus on improving CAC efficiency, testing new paid strategies, and driving repeat engagement among our most valuable users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Linked In etc.) to acquire new Heavy Users.
• Identify cost‑effective growth channels beyond paid media to reduce CAC.
• Oversee referral, loyalty, and ambassador programs to drive viral growth.
• Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Work with Product and Customer Success teams to reduce churn and increase retention.
• Develop and track growth metrics, LTV, CAC, and ROI for all initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or retention marketing.
• Experience managing 6‑ to 7‑ figure ad budgets with a focus on efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
• Ability to scale referral and ambassador programs for sustainable user growth.
• C1 or C2 English level proficiency required.
• Resume and Linked In Profile in English showcasing experience in chronological order.
