We’re looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution, with the clear objective of scaling sales for our e‑commerce store. This is a performance-focused role that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on implementation.
You will manage everything from content direction and engagement tactics to influencer outreach and competitor research. If you have a proven track record of growing sales through social media, understand how to build hooks that convert, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Build, own, and execute the full social media strategy to drive e‑commerce sales.
- Develop high‑performing content concepts, hooks, and conversion mechanisms.
- Identify, contact, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to inform strategy.
- Track results and continuously optimize based on sales outcomes and performance data.
- Collaborate with leadership to align social strategy with business goals.
- Report performance KPIs and results transparently.
- 3+ years managing social media strategy for e‑commerce brands.
- Demonstrated success generating sales via organic and/or influencer channels.
- Experience leading campaigns end‑to‑end (strategy + execution).
- Strong knowledge of direct‑response social media tactics.
- Proven experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
- Deep understanding of effective hooks, conversion drivers, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset, focused on performance‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent competitor and market analysis skills.
- Ownership‑driven — accountable for results, not just content activity.
- Highly proactive and performance‑oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑urgency environment (“needed yesterday”).
