Job Responsibilities

Support in the creation and implementation of development programs

Support in planning and organizing trainings and training programs

Creating and updating training materials (including translating materials to/from English)

Activities in social media

Support in communicating L&D projects to employees (preparing communication drafts, informational materials using basic graphic tools such as Canva, Prezi or similar)

Administrative support for the L&D Team

Creating reports, updating status overviews and summaries for the L&D Team

• Student status (preferred fields of study: psychology, management, pedagogy, sociology, HR or related).
• Interest in competence development, training, and knowledge management.
• Good work organization, accuracy, ability to set priorities, proactivity.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Communicative level of English would be an asset.
• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Pass near Błonie.
