Email Marketer

We are seeking an Email Marketer to create and execute email marketing campaigns. This role involves designing email content, managing subscriber lists, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to optimize email marketing efforts.

• Segment email list based on behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
• Write compelling email copy and design appealing templates that drive conversions.
• Create drip email sequences that deliver relevant content to subscribers based on their stage in the customer journey.
• Conduct AB tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Implement strategies to grow email subscriber list organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentives.
• Regularly clean and maintain email list to remove inactive subscribers and ensure deliverability and engagement rates remain high.
• Ensure email marketing practices comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN‑SPAM to protect brand reputation.
• Track key email marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
• Generate detailed reports to provide insights to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience as an email marketer.
• Proficiency in email marketing istifadə platforms such as Iterable, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hub Spot, Klaviyo, etc.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET).
• Experience with e‑commerce is a plus.
