Responsibilities

Content Camp and Trend Insights:
Gain a deep understanding of the content preferences and expression habits of young users aged 18-30 in North America, plan and promote the production of UGC/PGC content that aligns with local tones; continuously track content trends on platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Reddit, and transform insights into actionable content directions within the platform.
Local part-time team management:
Responsible for the daily management and task allocation of local part-time operational staff in North America, including the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring of roles such as campus ambassadors and content collaborators, ensuring execution quality and pace.
Event planning and UGC promotion:
Plan and implement online/offline activities (campus events, interest challenges, topic planning, etc.), design participation mechanisms to stimulate users' spontaneous creation, and promote the cold start and activity enhancement of community content.
Data and post-analysis:
Weekly follow up on content data and user engagement metrics, output analysis and optimization suggestions; identify high-potential content directions and user behavior patterns, and drive iteration.
Internal collaboration:
Work closely with the product, design, and R&D teams to align requirements and drive execution.

Job Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in content operation, user operation, or community operation; hands-on experience in the North American market is preferred.
North American cognition:
Having studied or lived in North America, familiar with the social habits, content consumption preferences, and cultural context of local young users.
Content Sensitivity:
Have a continuous attention and keen judgment towards mainstream social platforms in North America (Tik Tok, Instagram, Reddit, X, etc.), and be able to identify trends and respond quickly.
Language ability:
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with English proficiency sufficient for daily work, capable of independently communicating with North American users and partners.
Execution ability:
Possess comprehensive experience from planning to execution of activities, and be capable of driving work tasks forward even with limited resources.
Experience in establishing and managing campus ambassador, volunteer system, or part-time team
Possess early operational experience in social/community products and comprehend the logic of cold start
Have knowledge or interest in the direction of AI+ social networking
