ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position Assistant Restaurant Manager for Four Seasons Yachts!
Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces โ offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all
guest and crew dining venues onboard. This position is responsible for ensuring that each dining experience
reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will manage an area of
restaurant and lounge service operations, delivering exceptional quality and innovative dining experiences that
align with Four Seasonsโ commitment to excellence.
In this role, the Assistant Restaurant Manager's primary responsibility is to provide outstanding service and
create memorable dining moments. They will mentor and develop the front-of-house team through an inspiring
and inclusive leadership approach, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Collaboration
with the Yachtโs Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, and Food & Beverage Director is
essential for implementing innovative dining concepts, managing budgets, and upholding the highest standards
of service and hygiene across all assigned areas, including crew dining, in-suite dining, and special events.

- Assist in inspiring and leading a diverse front-of-house team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive SOPs and training programs focused on luxury service standards, empowering staff to excel.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages open communication and team engagement.
- Help deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences that exceed guest expectations through attentive and intuitive service.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues.
- Utilize guest preferences to tailor service offerings and foster lasting relationships.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations for assigned restaurants and lounges, ensuring seamless coordination between service and kitchen staff for efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Uphold luxury service standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism.
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff in fine dining service techniques, including table settings and guest engagement strategies.

- Cruise ship experience mandatory
- 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
- A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, along with relevant experience in Leadership Management,
Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in food and beverage
management are ideal - Minimum of 5-7 years in food and beverage management, with at least 2-3 years in a luxury
restaurant role. - Proven experience in luxury hospitality or yacht/cruise line operations is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems is required. Experience in Michelin Star
establishments is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
- Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
