Job Overview Responsibilities- Assist with basic fish preparation, trimming, and packaging
- Support to-go sushi production, including prep and simple plating
- Provide customer service and operate the register
- Restock products and support inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures (workstations, equipment, refrigeration units)
- Receive and inspect deliveries
- Collaborate with team members and support daily operations as needed
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and perform tasks with care
- High attention to hygiene and food safety
- Good time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a fish market, seafood handling, or food service
- Knife skills or kitchen prep experience
- English and/or Japanese communication ability
- Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to take on various tasks
