Job Purpose SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to act as the primary sales contact for Corza Medical’s wound closure portfolio, focusing on the Quill® barbed suture brand. You will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining existing sales, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key hospital departments and medical professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Territory:
South of Poland (Malpolski, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie). Candidates should be located within the territory.
- Act as the primary sales contact between Corza Medical and customers, reporting to the Business Development Manager.
- Maintain existing sales and generate additional sales of Quill® and other Corza wound closure brands.
- Meet or exceed territory quota and sales growth objectives.
- Present and sell the wound closure portfolio with emphasis on Quill barbed suture.
- Develop and implement tactical sales plans to expand base business and new sales conversion opportunities.
- Conduct competitive cross-referencing, in-service training support to surgeons and scrub nurses.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with key surgeons, physicians and nurses.
- Conduct prospecting and cold-calling initiatives to identify new sales conversion opportunities.
- Provide accurate, timely reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales funnels, and projects.
- Develop wound closure proposals and tender offers for future contracts.
- Communicate surgeon feedback and additional corporate support that may be required.
- Help identify new KOLs for Corza Medical wound closure brands.
- Attend industry trade shows and meetings as determined by Sales & Marketing Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of full-line territory sales experience in medical products; wound closure experience an asset.
- 50-75% travel within territory.
- Experience working in hospitals and observing surgical procedures (Operating room) essential.
- Knowledge of tender procedures and preparation of tender offers.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Highly customer focused.
- Excellent selling and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of top sales performance and sales awards.
- Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
- Ability to analyze financial information.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, PowerPoint and internet applications.
