Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead partners and customers development and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Uphold sales targets and be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing targets (order, market, profitability).
• Build, manage and enhance the company’s sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
• Initiate and implement strategic alliances with key partners-distributors / Project Integrators and customers.
• Identify market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops to promote the company brand locally.
• Other duties as may be required or assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2.2+ years of sales experience; experience in sales of solar inverters and battery storage involving clients is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
• Understand basic solar and storage principles, system line diagrams, energy storage system architecture, and be able to communicate basic technical solutions to customers.
• English as the main working language; local language is a must.
• Positive attitude, willingness to work with an international team, take responsibility, quick learner, and creativity.
• Responsible, serious, and responsible work, with excellent stakeholder management ability.
