The RoleWe are looking for a sales agent or business development manager based in Poland, with proven experience in the professional cleaning, hygiene, janitorial or related B2B sectors.
The person will be responsible for developing the Polish market, through the relationship with distributors in the sector and end-user clients.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and expand the company’s presence in Poland
- Identify and activate distributors, wholesalers and key B2B clients (Ho Re Ca , facility management, industry, healthcare)
- Promote our portfolio of professional cleaning products and solutions
- Manage negotiations, define commercial agreements and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Italian headquarters for strategic planning and sales forecasting
- Based in Poland
- Proven commercial experience in professional cleaning/hygiene chemicals, janitorial products, Ho Re Ca supplies or other B2B sectors with similar distribution channels
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Entrepreneurial approach, and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work independently (agency or direct employment)
- The opportunity to lead the development of a new market
- Flexible collaboration model: preferably sales agency agreement or direct employment, depending on the candidate’s profile
