• Environmental sustainability All Molokai collections are created using fabrics recovered and regenerated from fishing nets, tulle, nylon scraps, and old carpets. We work with Econyl yarn, infinitely recyclable, ensuring low-impact fashion that protects the marine ecosystem. Our packaging follows the same philosophy: each bikini comes in a wet bag made of natural cork and rope — waterproof, reusable, and completely plastic-free.
• 100% Made in Italy quality Our entire supply chain — from yarn recycling to the final product — is fully Italian and entrusted to small artisanal businesses in the Rimini area. Every piece is handmade with care and dedication, produced in limited quantities with absolute attention to quality. We proudly support slow fashion, local production, and the value of craftsmanship: each bikini is a one-of-a-kind piece that will never be replicated.
• Original and exclusive prints The prints from our first collection, Italiad’Amare, are inspired by Italy’s natural, cultural, and artistic beauty, celebrating a country rich in history and renowned worldwide for its UNESCO heritage. We create unique designs, produced in limited quantities, for fashion that is beautiful, sustainable, and conscious.

Role description

We are looking for an independent sales representative in the fashion and beachwear sector who shares our values and is eager to offer and sell a ready-to-go collection to their business contacts (store owners or B2B retailers) for Summer 2026
.

We are seeking a candidate who is:

• Responsible and proactive
• Experienced in sales and managing commercial proposals
• Able to work autonomously and goal-oriented
• Fully autonomous
  : manage your schedule as you prefer, with the sole goal of delivering results
• located in DACH area/Spain/France/Netherlands

Compensation: This is a commission-only role
