We’re looking for a hands‑on, systems‑minded Revenue Operations Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end revenue pipeline—from lead generation to closed deals. This person will align processes, tools, and data across marketing and sales to maximize efficiency, visibility, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities- End‑to‑end pipeline management:
Design, implement, and optimize processes that connect marketing and sales, ensuring clean lead flow and opportunity management. - Marketing operations:
Build and maintain operational marketing programs, including automation, segmentation, outbound campaigns, and performance tracking. - Sales operations:
Support sales processes from prospecting to conversion, ensuring clean handoffs and accurate attribution. - Systems management:
Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools (not limited to Marketo or Salesforce; evaluate and recommend improvements to the tech stack). - Analytics & reporting:
Monitor KPIs, generate pipeline and attribution reports, and propose data‑driven process improvements. - Systems thinking:
Serve as a bridge between marketing and sales, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo, Zoom Info).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable process and strategy improvements.
- Hands‑on mindset: capable of not only designing processes but executing and ensuring proper implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Systems thinker with a comprehensive view of the revenue pipeline.
- Able to recommend and implement changes in tools and processes to maximize pipeline impact.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
