• Design, execute, and optimize multi-step cold email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and sending schedules to maximize performance.
• Build and segment prospect lists to ensure targeted outreach.
• Monitor sender reputation, domain health, and email deliverability to maintain high inbox placement.
• Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to refine strategies.
• Generate high-quality leads for the sales team through data-driven outreach.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end cold email campaigns.
• Expertise in tools like
  Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Woodpecker
  .
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling cold emails.
• Knowledge of domain warmup, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work
  US hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
