We seek a motivated and talented remote Inside Salesperson to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Facilitate consultations with prospective clients via Zoom to understand their needs and introduce our services.
  • Follow up with prospects and past clients to build lasting relationships and secure new business.
  • Utilize effective sales and communication skills to educate prospects on the benefits of our firm's services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM software (High Level).
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed sales performance expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with law firm policies and guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales acumen and proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with native and/or fluent proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, self-manage, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in a client-service role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage daily workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in technology and experience with CRM software, specifically High Level, is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
