What we expect from you:
Responsibilities:
- High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
- Follow our proven sales process
- Train with your coach daily
- Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
- Be a team player
Results:
- Minimum of 10 quotes closed per month
- Minimum of 35% close rate
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in transactional sales (preferred project sales experience to SMBs)
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms.
