Bakery Technical Advisor Poland

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, artisans and retail channel)
• Train and support sales teams of wholesalers and customers
• Prepare products for business appointments or trade shows
• Control the baking centers of customers
• Organise and represent Bridor in national and international events
• Take part in development of new products to expand the existing range

With an educational background in bakery or pastry, at least 2 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef or as a Culinary Advisor in the agro-food industry, ideally for gastronomic and/or renowned brands.

Dynamic and autonomous, known for interpersonal skills, pedagogy and the ability to plan and organise work. Food lover, creativity, curiosity, team spirit. Fluent in Polish and English, ideally speaks Czech. Based in Poland and will travel throughout the country.
