• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
• Remove dents and minor body damage, mix and apply filler resins when other methods are not feasible.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections of vehicles and replace with new or aftermarket parts, including glass and windshields when needed.
• Replace or repair interior parts as required.
• Weld and attach parts, prepare and repaint vehicles with factory‑specified or equivalent paint.
• Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other auto body shop repairers.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Proficiency with trade tools and equipment.

• Must work safely in a noisy area with odors present.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds at times.
• Must visually inspect vehicle damage under various weather conditions.
• Must bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Estimated $65,000 – 200,000 / Year. Flat‑rate compensation is performance‑based and tied to booked hours. If total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.
