Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
- Remove dents and minor body damage, mix and apply filler resins when other methods are not feasible.
- Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
- Remove damaged sections of vehicles and replace with new or aftermarket parts, including glass and windshields when needed.
- Replace or repair interior parts as required.
- Weld and attach parts, prepare and repaint vehicles with factory‑specified or equivalent paint.
- Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other auto body shop repairers.
- Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
- Proficiency with trade tools and equipment.
- Must work safely in a noisy area with odors present.
- Must lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Must visually inspect vehicle damage under various weather conditions.
- Must bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Estimated $65,000 – 200,000 / Year. Flat‑rate compensation is performance‑based and tied to booked hours. If total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.
