Job Description: As a Restoration Technician / Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the restoration and repair of properties affected by damage. Your expertise in carpentry will be essential in rebuilding and repairing structures, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

• Conduct detailed assessments of damaged properties.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification as needed.
• Execute fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration.
• Carry out mold remediation tasks.
• Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, trim work, and other structural repairs.
• Handle content cleaning, packing, and storage.
• Operate and maintain restoration and carpentry equipment and tools.
• Document all activities, including photos and detailed notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and explaining restoration and repair processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response services.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or carpentry training are a plus.
• Previous experience in restoration, carpentry, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in various carpentry techniques and use of tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability for on‑call and emergency response duties.
