• Develop and maintain sidecar and central gateway services using Go (Golang).
• Design and implement gRPC APIs for efficient, low-latency inter-service communication.
• Work with Kubernetes to deploy and manage services, applying patterns such as sidecar and stateful services.
• Ensure observability and basic integration with Istio service mesh.
• Implement secure key management processes, leveraging cryptographic APIs and SDKs.
• Integrate relational database solutions for metadata and encrypted key material persistence.
• Collaborate on projects involving SAP BTP services, particularly Key Management Service (KMS).
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and ensure adherence to security best practices.

• Proven experience in Go (Golang) development; hands-on coding skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of gRPC and experience in building APIs for distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts (sidecar pattern, deployments, API extensions).
• Basic familiarity with Istio and observability tools.
• Practical understanding of cryptography fundamentals, including DEKs, KEKs, envelope encryption, and secure key caching.
• Experience working with RDBMS for persistence layers.
• Previous exposure to SAP BTP services is highly desirable.
• Additional experience with Python is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
