• Develop new API endpoints to integrate with third‑party applications
• Ensure high performance and reliability of Service Now connectors
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of API changes and configurations
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver quality solutions under pressure
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards
• Continuously improve code quality and performance through best practices

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now development
• Proven experience with API and integration platform development
• Ability to handle high‑pressure project environments and client expectations
• Mature and dedicated professional attitude
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
