Marketing Web Developer / Growth-Focused Full-Stack Developer

We’re looking for a skilled full-stack developer to drive the evolution of our marketing web presence
.

In this role, you’ll ensure our websites and landing pages are high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly
, while building tools and features that support marketing initiatives, growth experiments, and data-driven campaigns.

• Own the development and optimization of marketing websites, landing pages, and interactive components.
• Create and maintain tools, widgets, and integrations that enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Partner with designers, marketers, CRO specialists, and the Growth team to execute projects that deliver measurable impact.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, accessible, and meet modern web performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack efficiently.
• Follow best practices in development, including code reviews, Git workflows, testing, and documentation.
• Proactively suggest improvements, new features, and creative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.

• 4+ years of professional experience in web development, particularly with marketing-focused websites, ideally for a SaaS company.
• Strong full-stack skills:
  Next.js, React, Word Press, PHP, API integrations, and Git.
• Expertise in web performance optimization, responsive design, accessibility, and testing/QA practices.
• Hands‑on experience with CRO, A/B testing, analytics, and marketing technology integrations.
• Knowledge of web security and data privacy best practices.
• Comfortable translating creative marketing ideas into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
