We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Artist with deep expertise in Unity performance optimization to support the porting of a large-scale AAA management title to current-generation consoles. In this role, you will focus on rendering performance, asset efficiency, and overall scalability within Unity, ensuring stable and high-quality results on modern console hardware.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist with strong Unity expertise;
• Proven track record in optimizing performance for large-scale or visually demanding projects;
• Solid understanding of real-time rendering, shaders, lighting, and asset workflows;
• Experience working on console projects or other high-end platforms;
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

• Hands-on experience with HDRP, SRP, or custom Unity render pipelines;
• Background in tool development, automation, or asset validation workflows;
• Familiarity with large world / large scene performance challenges;
• Experience in render programming, even if not commercial.

• Profile and optimize performance across CPU, GPU, memory, and rendering pipelines;
• Adapt assets, scenes, and workflows to meet Gen9 console constraint;
• Improve tools, processes, and best practices for efficient content creation in Unity;
• Collaborate with rendering, engineering, and art teams to maintain visual quality while achieving performance targets;
• Contribute to shader optimization, SRP/HDRP tuning, and rendering pipeline troubleshooting.
