In this backend engineering role, you’ll design and deliver cloud infrastructure and enterprise features, supporting both multi-tenant and single-tenant deployments for a next-generation, developer-centric AI platform.

• Architect and implement core backend systems powering advanced model fine-tuning and intelligent developer tooling
• Build distributed infrastructure that manages data sovereignty, developer access, and interoperability across IDEs, APIs, and CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate within a top-tier engineering team drawn from premier industry backgrounds, driving best-in-class reliability, scalability, and developer experience
• Optimize performance, monitoring, and automation using cloud-native tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
• Champion enterprise customization and data security for private deployments

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience on scalable enterprise platforms
• Hands‑on skills in Go, Ruby, Python, C++, and distributed messaging systems (Kafka, Google Pub/Sub)
• Proven history building infrastructure using AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Adept at remote collaboration, autonomous work, and periodic travel for deep technical summits
• Eligible for H1B visa sponsorship if needed
